Renewable Energy Sales Executive
Job Description
Efficient Renewables is a fast-growing renewable energy company specialising in solar PV, heat pumps and integrated energy solutions for residential, commercial and agricultural customers across the North West. With increasing demand driven by energy costs, sustainability targets and SEAI supports, we are expanding our sales team to support continued growth. We pride ourselves onquality systems, expert advice and long-term customer relationships.
The Role
We are seeking an ambitious, motivated and commercially minded Renewable Energy Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a consultative sales role, not hard selling. Focus will be on initiating and developing relationships with potential and existing customers, both commercial and residential, and proactively developing new opportunities, guiding customers through the full journey from initial consultation to installation and aftercare. For the right person, this role offers strong earning potential, exposure to larger commercial projects, and clear progression opportunities as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage and qualify new sales enquiries across residential, commercial and agricultural sectors. Conduct site visits and customer consultations to assess energy needs Present tailored renewable energy solutions, including solar PV and heat pump systems. Prepare and present quotations and proposals. Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to contract signing. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and internal installation teams. Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and follow up on all opportunities. Stay informed on SEAI grants, renewable technologies and market developments. Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
What we are looking for
Proven experience in sales (B2B or B2C), ideally within renewables, construction, heating, plumbing or related sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A consultative, customer-first approach. Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline. Comfortable meeting customers face-to-face and working independently. Experience with CRM systems is an advantage. Full driving licence required. Experience in renewables is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided.

MVHR / Ventilation Installer Wanted – ProAir Systems
We’re looking for an experienced MVHR / ventilation installer to install ProAir heat recovery ventilation systems on residential projects.
Role includes:
Installing MVHR units, ductwork, and vents
Commissioning and basic airflow balancing
New build and retrofit work
Requirements:
Experience with MVHR or ventilation systems
Ability to work independently
Good workmanship and attention to detail
Driving licence preferred

ROLE: Plumbing Project Manager / SEAI Retrofit Coordinator
(Non–One Stop Shop / Direct Grant Route)
Purpose of the Role
To manage plumbing-led retrofit projects (heat pumps, heating upgrades, controls, associated works) and administer SEAI grant applications end-to-end, ensuring:
• Full SEAI compliance
• Smooth coordination of trades
• Zero grant failures or clawbacks
• Professional customer experience
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management & Coordination
• Act as main point of contact for homeowner from grant approval to completion
• Coordinate:
• Plumber (you / your installers)
• Electrician
• BER assessor
• Suppliers
• Schedule works in correct SEAI-approved sequence
• Ensure site readiness before install
• Track progress, variations, and completion timelines
SEAI Grant Administration (Critical)
Responsible for full grant lifecycle under the Individual Grant Process:
• Submit SEAI grant applications
• Verify homeowner eligibility
• Upload contractor registration details
• Ensure correct grant selection (HP, controls, insulation interface, etc.)
• Collect and upload:
• Declarations of Works
• Invoices (SEAI-compliant format)
• Commissioning sheets
• Photos and supporting evidence
• Liaise with SEAI on queries, clarifications, or audits
• Close out grants successfully
Must prevent non-compliance and grant clawbacks
Technical & Compliance Oversight
• Ensure all works meet:
• SEAI Technical Specifications
• Manufacturer requirements
• Confirm:
• Correct heat pump sizing & documentation
• Controls installed correctly
• Insulation prerequisites are satisfied (even if not supplied by you)
• Coordinate BER assessment at correct project stage
• Maintain job compliance file (digital or physical)
